THE SWEDE

A full body Swedish massage using local organic sweet almond oil. Soft to medium pressure kneading techniques combined with gentle stretches to help your muscles fully relax and recover. A Swedish massage has a range of five different techniques, used according to your needs and can be tailored regarding pressure. Let me know if you have any areas that need special attention and care, for example stiff neck, lower back pain or leg muscle tightness.

THE NANAI

A soft pressure, deep relaxing massage that improves circulation, ease minor muscle pain and will let you drift off and disconnect from the fuzz & the buzz out there. This treatment is done with long, smooth and harmonious movements and without loosing contact with the clients body. Creating fluidity to relax the nervous system.
Using local high quality essential lavender oil to enhance the holistic experience and get you into that moshy marshmallow relaxing state.

        Rejuvenating facial massage in four steps.
