We understand sometimes life can interfere, but please kindly contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your appointment. If a session is cancelled with less than 24h notice, 50% of the session will be charged. No-shows or cancellations within 4h of appointment, 100% of the session cost will be charged. Exceptions may be applicable in cases of emergencies or genuine unforeseen circumstances.
